Assume that we have ten people. Find the probability that at least two of ten people were born on the same day of the year.
This ia a binomial problem.
# of trials =10
Prob. of success = 1/365
Number of sucesses desired is at least 2.
Using a TI-83 calculator get the following:
Prob = 1-binomcdf(10,1/365,1)=0.000333
