The probability that the first one you draw will be the only one you have
drawn of that color, whatever it is, is 1 because that is certain, since
you will have only drawn one.

The probability that the second one you draw will be the only one you have
drawn of that color, whatever it is, is  because it can be any of
the three colors that you didn't draw the first time.

The probability that the third one you draw will be the only one you have
drawn of that color, whatever it is, is  because it can be either
of the two colors that you didn't draw the first or second times.

The probability that the third one you draw will be the only one you have
drawn of that color, whatever it is, is  because it must be the
only color you haven't drawn.

So the desired probability is
