there are 7 teams above T , so they have a 7/19 probability of playing one of them
if they play a higher ranked team , the chance of a draw is 30%
there are 12 teams below T , so they have a 12/19 probability of playing one of them
if they play a lower ranked team , the chance of a draw is 20%
so the probability of T playing to a draw is ___ [(7/19)(.30)] + [(12/19)(.20)]
