There are 6*5 = 30 pairs.
The 1 is largest once::::1/1
The 2 is largest twice:::1/2;2/1
the 3 is largest 4 ways::3/1;1/3;3/2;2/3
The 4 is largest 6 ways::4/1;1/4;4/2;2/4;4/3;3/4
etc.

P(1) = 1/24
P(2) = 2/24
P(3) = 4/24
P(4) = 6/24
etc.
