The probabilty for each day is the same. So there is a 1/7 chance of being born on Wednesday for EACH guy.
so, the odds that they are all born on a Wednesday is

The odds are 1 chance in 343 that all three are "Wednesday's child is full of woe,"

------------------------
The birth days of individuals are independent.
P(one person born on Wed) = 1/7
P(two persons born on Wed) = (1/7)(1/7) = 1/49
P(three persons born on Wed) = (1/7)^3 = 0.0029
