Well the way I am reading it to me means, if they are selecting 5 from the 65% that are UNDER 24 then my answer is none of the students, right?

let O=over age 24
given
P(U)=0.65, therefore P(O)=1-P(U)=1-0.65=0.35

if 5 students are selected
P(all 5 are 24 or older)=P(OOOOO)=P(O)*P(O)*P(O)*P(O)*P(O) if we assume independence.
