Question 339155: A jar contains three colored marbles: 10 red, 15 green, and 25 blue. What is the probability of selecting a green colored marble?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
P(green) = # of green/# total = 15/(10+15+25) = 15/50 = 3/10

So the probability is 3/10 or 0.3 (which is a 30% chance)
