A math teacher is randomly distributing 15 rulers with centimeter laables and 10 rulers without centimeter labels.
TOTAL 15+10=25
What is the probability that the first ruler she hands out will have centimeter labels
THERE ARE 15 OUT OF 25 SO PROBABILTY=15/25=3/5
and the second ruler will not have labels?
NOW THERE ARE 24 RULERS REMAINING AND 10 WITHOUT LABELS
SO PROBABILITY=10/24=5/12
