Question 33303: All of the sections on a circular spinner with 5 equal sections. If the spinner is spun 3 times, what is the probability that an even number is spun all 3 times?
Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Depends on what numbers are on the sections.
If they are numbered 1 to 5 there are two
even numbers out of 5.
The probability of getting an even number
on each spin is 2/5
The probability of getting an even number
all three times is (2/5)^3 = 8/125
