4*4 = 16 ways to pick and kind and queen pair.
52C2 = (52*51)/(1*2) = 1326 ways to pick a random pair

There are 4 ways to pick a suit for the king and 4 ways to pick 
a suit for the queen. That's 16 ways to have a successful combination.
