Without replacement:
There are 4 purples to choose from out of the 7, so the first one has prob. 4/7.
Now, since the first one is not put back, there are 3 purples to choose from and 6 balls in total. So, the second has prob. 3/6=1/2
(4/7)(3/6)=2/7
