It is a conditional probability problem.
The formula you want to follow is:
P(A and B)=P(A)*P(B|A)
Your A is "get a heart"
Your B is "get a club"
P(A)=13/52=1/4
P(B|A)=13/51
Final answer: (1/4)(13/51)=0.217
