A jar contains 15 orange marbles and 18 black marbles. 2 marbles are picked in
sequence from the jar. Find the probability that the second marble is black,
given the first marble is orange. (Assume that the first marble is not
replaced.)

After one orange is removed, there are a total of 34 marbles, and
18 of them are black)

P(black | orange) = 18/34 = 9/17 = 0.4118
