The horse must be gray.
Mike is either right or wrong.  If Mike is wrong, then the horse must be black.  But then Noel and Tywon are also both wrong which violates "At least one of you is right and at least one of you is wrong."  Therefore Mike must be right -- the horse is not black.
Tywon is either right or wrong.  If Tywon is right, then Noel must also be right, which also violates "At least one of you is right and at least one of you is wrong."  Therefore Tywon must be wrong, and the horse is not brown.
Knowing that Mike is right and that Tywon is wrong means that we have satisfied "At least one of you is right and at least one of you is wrong."  Since we are asked "What color is the horse if the color is one of the above?"  we know that the horse must be either black, brown, or gray, but we have eliminated black and brown, hence Noel is right also and the horse is gray.
