I look at this, and it seems that the answer is 2/47, but I don't understand the best way to express this algebraicly, if it is even the right answer.

(46C1*1C1)/47C2 combination of drawing 1 of 46 cards * one 5 divided by combination of 47 cards taken 2 at a time.
