The probability that the first is defective is 10/100 or 1/10.
The probability the second is defective is 9/99 [we took one gadget out and have 99 left]
P(2 are defective) = 1/10 x1/11 = 1/110. The answer is [ B ]

10/100=1/10
I would have opted for 1/10*1/10=1/100 but that is not one of the choices.
