the hole is 6in in diameter.
the platform is 4ft by 2ft

The hole has an area of (pi)r^2 = (pi)(1/4)^2 = 0.19635 sq. ft.

The board has an area of 4*2 = 8 sq. ft.

P(bag hits a hole) = 0.19635/8 = 0.02564 or 2.564%
