Prob of 2: 1/36
Prob of 3: 2/36
Prob of 4: 3/36
Prob of a 4 on one (but not both) of the dice 10/36. Add 1 more 36th if on both is ok.
Add the probabilities together for the answer which should be either 16/36 or 17/36.
