Convert each of the "Number of Responses" to a percentage.
65/100 = 65%
20/100 = 20%
10/100 = 10%
5/100 = 5%

Sketch a circle and sketch a pie slice that is approximately 65% ; label it
Sketch a pie slice that is approximately 20% ; label it.
Then do 10% ; The remainder is 5%.
