"40% of students find a job in there chosen field" __ so 60% DON'T
"the probability that at least 1 find a job in his or her field"
__ is 1 minus the probability that none find a job in their field
probability of NONE (out of 5) is .6*.6*.6*.6*.6 or .6^5 or .078
so the probability of at least 1 is 1-.078 or .922
