a) Hearts are 13/52 or 1/4. With replacement, diamonds are 13/52 = 1/4
so 1/4* 1/4 = 1/16
b) without replacement
hearts is still the same (13 of 52). But diamonds is then 13/51.
1/4 * 13/51 = 13/204
