The regression equation is
1948Year = -3,816.521 -826(year/hire)-2093(Race variable))
-6438(Rank variable)
Since p = 0 for all these coefficients you can have statistically
NO confidence in this regression equation.
R^2=0.811 means 81% of the variability in "Year" can be predicted
from the variables year/hire, race, and rank.
R^2 adjusted is such a slight improvement of R^2 it makes no difference.
s is the standard deviation of the sample; being so large it shows
unpreditable the equation results are.
