Note:  z-score designates the Area to the LEFT of the z-score

 IF Area to the right is to be .49, 
 THEN the z score such that .51 of the area is to the left needs to be calculated 
using YOUR calculator

Invnorm(.51) = .0251
 z = .0251   has 51% of the area to the left and '49% to the right'.
