 52C4 is the total ways to be dealt 4 cards
  nCr = (n!)/(r!(n - r)!)
Using nCr calculator button:  52C4 = 270,725 ways to be dealt 4 cards

P = Particulars / all Possible ways 
 (only 1 way of drawing 4 Queens)

P(4 Queens)=  1/270,725 = .0000037
