The probability of Pac winning is 2/4=1/2
Quez's probability to win is 1/4.
For 3 debates with alternating wins, there are two permutations: Pac win, Quez win and Pac win, or, Quez win, Pac win, Quez win.
The probability for the first to occur is (1/2)^2*1/4
and for the second form its (1/4)^2*1/2.
The sum of the two is 3/32.
