They are not equivalent, not in conflict and not " non-comparable ".

They simply consider the same phenomenon with different degree of detalization.

It is the same as if you look at the same blood cell through two different microscopes that provide different resolutions:
naturally, you will have different views; but they are not equivalent or "in conflict", or " non-comparable ".

It is better to say that these different statements/views/info each other.

This question relates more to words usage and/or to search of appropriate words than to Math.

What is/was the reason of posting it to this forum ?
