there are 4 aces and 4 jacks, and each is unique, so this would be 8/52 or 2/13.

number below 5 is 4/3/2 (will exclude an ace), which are 12 cards.
Black cards are 26.
But we have to subtract the double counted black cards that are below 5, and there are 6 of them.
So the probability is (12+26-6)/52=32/52 or 8/13.
