I'm assuming that all the call centers are foreign, that the probability remains constant for each caller, and they were randomly chosen.
a. .62^3=0.238
b. .62^2*0.38=0.146
c. This would be 3 times the second one, or 0.438
d. This would be .38^10=0.000063
