Question 1184904: A normally distributed population with 100 elements has a mean of 60 and a
standard deviation of 5. Find the probability that the mean of a sample of 25 elements taken

Answer by Edwin McCravy(20060)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You didn't give the level of significance, which is probably 90%, 95% or 99%.
We can't work the problem without a significance level. Remember, statistics
is only an approximate science, not a perfect one. So we must always specify
how much error we are willing to tolerate.
