22% adults favor the use of unmanned drones by police agencies. Twelve U.S. adults are randomly selected.
Find the probability that the number of U.S. adults who favor the use of unmanned drones by police agencies is
(a) exactly three, (b) at least four, (c) less than eight.
(a)P(3)=(Round to three decimal places as needed.)
(b)P(x≥4)=(Round to three decimal places as needed.)

As the problem is worded, printed,  posted and presented,  it is formulated  INCORRECTLY.

Below I place a correct formulation as this problem  SHOULD  SOUND.

22% adults favor the use of unmanned drones by police agencies. Twelve U.S. adults are randomly selected.
Find the probability that of the selected 12 adults the number of those who favor
the use of unmanned drones by police agencies is
    (a) exactly three, (b) at least four, (c) less than eight.

    (a) P(3)=(Round to three decimal places as needed.)
    (b) P(x≥4)=(Round to three decimal places as needed.)
    (c) P(x<8)=(Round to three decimal places as needed.

Do you see  (or do you feel)  the difference ?

Looking into your post,  I clearly see that you  DO  NOT  UNDERSTAND  what you post,
and it makes me sad.

I also see that your writing is not an accident typo :   in your next post  (problem 1182086),  you make the same mistake.

So,  EITHER  you take your problems from the bad source,  which does not deserve  TRUST;
OR  you create/compose the problems on your own without understanding the real meaning of the problem.

It would be interesting for me to know from you,  which one of these two versions takes place.

In any case,  by seeing so deep misunderstanding from your side,  I can not continue.

My task at this forum is to teach, but in order for to be successful,
I should see minimal understanding of the subject from the visitor' side.

Which I do not see in your post.
