Question 1181189: from a box 6 dimes and 3 nickles, 4 coins are selected at a random with replacement.find the probability distribution for the total T of the 4 coins. espress the probability distribution graphically as well as probability histogram

Answer by robertb(5830)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
P(T = $0.25) = 6/126 <--3 nickels, 1 dime
P(T = $0.30) = 45/126 <--- 2 nickels, 2 dimes
P(T = $0.35) = 60/126 <---1 nickel, 3 dimes
P(T = $0.40) = 15/126 <---4 dimes

Now you do the distribution graphically.
