P(x < 43) = P(x ≤ 44) = normalcdf(-9999, 43, 41.1, 5.3) = .64  0r  64%
P(x > 39) = P(x ≥ 38) = normalcdf( 39, 9999, 41.1, 5.3) = .654  0r 65.4%
