P(x < 44) = P(x ≤ 44) = normalcdf(-9999, 44, 40.2, 5.9) = .8284 0r 82.84%
P(x > 38) = P(x ≥ 38) = normalcdf( 38, 9999, 40.2, 5.9) = .2123 0r 21.23%
