It is known that 38% of all summonses issued by a particular police precinct are for parking violations. If this department in January will issue 300 tickets, what is the probability that at least 100 of them will be for parking violations?

Binomial Distribution:  p = .38  n = 300
Using TI or similarly an inexpensive calculator like an Casio fx-115 ES plus
P(x > 100) = 1 - P(x ≤ 99) = binomcdf(300,.38,99) = 1 -.0413 = .9587
