Binomial Distribution:  p(satisfied with their health coverage) = .7
Using TI or similarly an inexpensive calculator like a Casio fx-115 ES plus 
n = 15
(a) P(x = 10) = binompdf(15, .7, 10) = .2061
(b) P(x ≤ 10) = binomcdf(15, .7, 10) = .4845
(c) Expected = .7 * 15 = 10.5  or 10 (rounded down to whole number)
