The important example set here, is that 'multiplication' is in order.
(6 Spades and 7 other cards)  NOte only one AND

 six spades AND four hearts AND two diamonds AND one club?

 P = (4P4)[(13C6)(13C4)(13C2)(13C1)]/(52C13) = 24(1244117160)/52C13) = .0470

Note: 4P4 is 4! = 24
