The first issue a column sum of "Low" and is 0.23
The second is a discrete value at the meeting of a row and a column (Fair and High), which is 0.06
The third is a hybrid with Medium and High Awareness' being 0.77, and good being 0.38 of that 0.77, so the answer is 0.38/0.77 or 0.49 probability.
