The wording of the problem, and the nature of the given information, suggest that (a) all the residents of the community were surveyed and (b) each of them viewed only one of the four stations.
The statement of the problem is deficient in not specifying (a); and (b) is not realistic.
Nevertheless....
Total number of residents: 90+82+77+96 = 345
a. P(watch at least one channel) =
b. P(watch A or C) =
simplify and/or convert to a decimal or percentage as needed.
Parts c and d are similar; simply use the appropriate numbers.
