Question 1175366: In an experiment with peas one observed 360 round and yellow, 130 round and green, 118 wrinkled and yellow and 132 wrinkled and green. According to the Mendelian theory of hereditary the numbers should be in the ratio 9:3:3:1. Is there any evidence of difference from the plants at 5% level of significance?
Proof it and which test you use and why?

16x	0.56	0.19	0.19	0.06
740	414	140	140	47  Expected Outcome: ratio 9:3:3:1
740	360	130	118	132 Sample
	54.00	10.00	22.00	-85.00  mean of differences = 1
s=59.8
5% level of significance z = 1.96
z-test (large Sample size)
Ho:  no difference
Ha:  difference
z = 1*sqrt(740)/59.8 = .4549
p-value > .05
 Fail to reject Ho, evidence does not support a difference
