The notion  "experiment",  and especially  "statistical experiment"  NECESARILY includes
some  MEASUREMENT  or  observation :
color,  or weigh,  or height,  or age,  or type of cards, and so on . . . and then calculation some probability.

Nothing of that is in your description.
