There are 36 possible outcomes when rolling two fair 6-sided dice, regardless of whether they are the same or different colors. One way to make 2, two ways to make 3 and so on up through six ways to make 7 and then five ways to make 8, four ways to make 9, down to one way to make 12. Half of these 36 outcomes are even sums.
Six of the outcomes are "doubles".
All of event F are even sums, so P(E∩F) = P(F).
