for 9 hits it would be 0.182^9=<10^(-6) so 0
for 8 hits it would be 9*0.182^8*0.818^1=9 x 10 ^(-6), essentially 0
for 7 hits it would be 36*0.182^7*0.818^2=0.000159, the answer.
