About means use empirical rule
This is probability something is fewer than 2 sd s above the mean (z<(70-60)/5)
This is 0.9772 exactly
with the empirical rule 95% are between +/- 2 sd s, so there is 0.0250 on either side, so the part that isn't possible is the part below +2 sd, and that has probability 0.9750.
The answer will then be the complement or 0.9750 probability.
