    153 + 190 + x >= 3*190


    x >= 2*190 - 153


    x >= 227.     ANSWER


Or you can solve it mentally,  by adding the difference   (190-153) = 37   to  190.

Another mental solution method....:

His second game is exactly the average he wants; his first game was (190-153) = 37 points short of that average.

His third game must then be (at least) 37 points above that average.

ANSWER: 190+37 = 227 (or higher)
