Question 1162197: Suppose that I construct a confidence interval for the mean test grade on exam 1 using Statcrunch and get Upper Limit, 68.9 and a lower limit 76.3. State the conclusion for the confidence interval

You didn't mention the confidence level. This bit of information is important for any confidence interval. However, when textbooks do not state a confidence level, the default is often assumed to be 95% (corresponding to a level of significance of alpha = 0.05). I'll assume your textbook is implying a 95% confidence interval. Replace "95%" with whatever percentage value you are given, if necessary.
Also, I think you meant to say "lower limit = 68.9 and upper limit = 76.3". If the opposite, then it honestly makes no sense since 68.9 is smaller than 76.3
If the confidence level is 95%, then you could say that you are 95% confident the population mean of exam scores is between 68.9 and 76.3; which signifies that if you generated 100 confidence intervals, then about 95 of them should contain the population mean.
