(b)If it is decided that a certain employee must be in the delegation, how many different delegations are possible?

How many combinations of 2 out 7 people are there?
n=7 r=2
C=n!/(n-r)!*r!
=7!/(7-2)!*2!
=7*6*5*4*3*2/5*4*3*2*2
=7*6/2=21 Ans.
