Count them.  It's the 9 red ways out of the 36 possible ways.
Make the fraction 9/36 and reduce it to 1/4, and that's the probability.

Then divide the fraction 1/4 out:

         0

Then change the 0.25 to 25% by moving the decimal two places right and 
putting a % after it.
