He (or she) chooses randomly the second from the remaining 6 songs,  and with the probability   =   it will be reggae.

Explanation:
There are 2 country songs out of 3+2+2 = 7 total. The probability of picking country is 2/7. After that song is selected, we have 7-1 = 6 songs left, 2 of which are reggae. The probability of selecting reggae after the country song is 2/6 = 1/3.

Multiply the probabilities 2/7 and 1/3 to get
(2/7)*(1/3) = (2*1)/(7*3) = 2/21
