            Unfortunately,  from the post,  I do not understand  PRECISELY  your question.
            As it presented in the post,  I even do not understand,  if you mean one or  TWO  different questions here.
            The matter is that the first question  (on getting WWC)  differs from the second question.
            If you mean  TWO  questions,  it would be right to introduce numeration  Q1  ans  Q2,  for clarity.

            In any case,  the answer to  Q2  is  THREE  TIMES  the value of my answer to  Q1.
