Since you are given that you did not draw a king on the first draw,
then you are given that you have a deck of 51 which contains all
4 kings and 51-4-47 non-kings. So the probability that you will get a
non-king on your second draw is 47 ways out of 51, or a probability of
47/51, approximately 92% of the time.

Answer: 47/51.
